Yes. Students and parents can register, browse houses, reserve rooms, and track billing at no cost. Owners pay nothing during the pilot as well.
Yes. After signing up we send a verification link to your inbox. Click it once and your account is activated. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or use the "Resend" option.
Browse available listings, open a house, pick a room with at least one free bed, and submit a reservation. The owner reviews it and approves it — you'll get a notification once it's confirmed.
Once the owner generates your monthly bill, you'll see it under "My Bills". Upload a screenshot of your GCash, bank transfer, or e-wallet payment. The owner verifies it and your balance updates automatically.
Yes. If your parent or guardian creates an account and the owner links it to yours, they'll see your monthly statements, payment history, and get notifications about dues and confirmations.
Sign up as a boarding house owner. After verifying your email and getting admin approval, you'll be able to add your properties, rooms, and start managing tenants from your dashboard.
